Scope of Work for Master Bathroom Remodel
• Remove existing tub and surround; Install new jetted tub and surround in existing footprint
• Remove existing shower unit, door and partial wall; Install new tiled shower and glass enclosure
• Remove wallpaper and paint walls and ceiling
• Remove existing stained trim, store for reuse and reinstall
• Scrape popcorn ceiling and finish smooth
• Remove and replace existing lights with LED lights and new fixtures
• Remove and replace existing vanity, linen cabinet, toilet, tub, shower control and mirror
• Remove existing plumbing accessories and replace with new accessories
• Remove existing flooring and replace with new tile flooring
New vanity and cabinetry matched to existing trim.
