This young family loved their neighborhood, but their 30 year old house needed updating. They needed more family space and a more functional kitchen.

We converted the garage into a family room and removed two walls to open up the new kitchen area into a family room. In the kitchen area we kept cost down by keeping the footprint of the cabinets the same. We relocated appliances to incorporate a triangle work space making the kithcen more functional.
